Nikolas joined Statistical Decisions in 2005 as an analyst and was promoted to a senior position in 2008. His responsibilities include overseeing StatDec's consulting and analytics services, contributing to the design of solutions and methodologies, and evaluating the quality of project work. He is also responsible for strategic planning for business development.
